Excellent for dry eye syndrome
I use this for dry eye syndrome. I haven't been able to find it in a form that can be used for eye baths for ages. With the advice to evaporate off the alcohol content in hot water first (obviously cooled down before your use it) I have used this successfully. After a stubborn bout of dry eye (for 10 months!) my eyes are already better after just a few baths. I wish the NHS would accept this as a remedy - it's excellent! One of those obscure cures that should be more widely recognized.

So far so good!
Only been using this a week and I can tell a difference already. The floaters in my eyes are quite severe and I was told by opthalmology there was nothing to worry about. Try being in a white room with floaters in your eyes, it's annoyingand it's definitely not normal.I looked up what the lovely Barbara O'Niell recommends and this was it.At first I thought the instructions were complicated but when I had a go it's actually quite easy. The less water you add the stronger the taste, but it's not a horrendous taste.Overall, I'm happy with this product!

Eyes feel better and clearer
Obviously, a few days personal usage is only anecdotal feedback. However, I've been having a problem with my eyes getting very itchy and gummy these past few months. I have long-time cataracts (very slow growing and untreated by the NHS so far). This Eyebright solution began to clear up the itchiness and gummy deposits after only the first application. Today, I just applied the fourth one and my eyes feel better and clearer than for quite some time.To make the solution, I diluted 20 drops from the bottle with two teaspoons of water. The water I use is medically distilled stuff (it should at least be filtered) that I buy for making record cleaning solution. I freshly boil it in a pan, add the drops whilst it was hot (which helps burn off the ethanol in the drops), allow the mix to cool for 3 minutes, and then apply to both eyes (flooding the solution around them and surrounding lids). I use a separate plastic pipette for getting the drops from the mix in to the eyes. (The pipettes were bought in a cheap bundle from Amazon.)Very pleased with the results so far.

Perfect for my dogs irritated eyes
Ive purchased this tincture before for my little dog elsewhere as I got desperate when vet prescribed antibiotics and expensive drops etc didn't work. I then discovered Euphrasia and began bathing his eyes several times a day (drops mixed with cool boiled water) which helped almost immediately. The vet diagnosed hay fever but he had scratched the eyes because they were itchy. This summer when i seen him scratching at them again and noticed them closing I purchased these drops and began the eye baths again, hes fine now after a day or two!

Good product, good for the eyes.
Good product, good for the eyes. However, the label needs some reworking. Most of the text is very small. Taking eyebright should help a person's eyes, but if they need eyebright and cannot read the label, it kind of defeats the purpose in having such small text. Also, the volume is 50 ml. The letters ml mean millilitres. So why is there an extra s after ml on the label? It should just read 50 ml, not 50 mls.
