Amazing
I’ve been doing a lot of exercise and as a result have a small sweat rash at the top of my inner leg. Itched like crazy in the middle of the night.Within 2 hours of using this the itching stopped. Been applying twice daily for over a week: no itching, rash is less tender and is starting to fade.

Relief but no cure. Very pricey for what it is.
This does give some initial relief but after aFew days it was just as bad as before. Smells and feels nice but waste of money if you want to get rid of your itch . Very pricey for what it is.

Natural and works well enough.
If you are a regular gym goer then the chances are chaffing and fungal development is the bane of your life. Although this natural cream works well for me it doesn’t mean it will work for you and if it gets seriously itchy, you need to seek professional advice from a doctor.Other than that, this cream is thick, and absorbs well without leaving greasiness. Kinda creates a barrier for the active types.

Impressive number of ingredients
As a cyclist I suffer from rashes throughout the year. I’m sure runners and gym regulars will confirm the same, annoying fungal based infections which usually develop in the areas enclosed during exercise: feet, groin and backside. I currently have one behind my ears (of all places) after wearing a new cycle helmet / glasses combo.I’m always on the lookout for natural products which will act as both a barrier and treatment, thus avoiding a trip to the GP for a steroid cream when things get out of control. Amazon and Sera Organics kindly offered me this for review, which I was pleased to do having been struck by the sheer number of natural ingredients in the product.Sera Organics don’t appear to list ‘Jock Itch’ on their website (although have many similar products), so I’m assuming this is something new or the title designed for another market. The company are based in the UK and are family run.The product is well presented. The 100g tin has a twist off lid with clear labelling on the front and rear. The content smells very pleasant and has a stiff consistency which is akin to a wax. Sera Organics do provide a separate label emphasising that this is an organic product and not a substitute for prescription medication (if your infection is unbearably itchy, you do need to see a GP). However having used it for 24 hours, I’m already seeing a marked improvement in the skin behind my ears. The list of ingredients here is impressive both in terms of content and value for money. I can absolutely see myself using this as at least as a barrier cream going forward. It slips in a bag no problem, is pleasant and easy to use. I have already spotted another of their products which I intend to buy having been impressed with this.I have set a date in my diary to come back with a longer term update. But so far, so good and accordingly 5 Stars.

More for preventiont than cure
I suffer with "jock itch" as I have large thighs being overweight which makes the tops of my thighs rub together, which can make it red, itchy and sore if I walk a lot, which I try to keep to keep my weight down.I have found the only way to prevent this from happening is to use a cream of some kind which makes a smooth barrier to reduce friction. I usually use Lanacane anti-chafing cream which is pretty effective. This is an all-natural product so I was interested to try it as a alternative. It certainly smells good. It's a hard wax, so it can be a little awkward to apply, you have to scrape a small amount out and give it a good rub between you hands to soften and melt it - but this means it certainly lasts well.I didn't find it sticky and it provided reasonable resistance to chafing, but I can't say I found it as effective as the Lanacane.I think the ingredients could certainly help prevent jock itch by having some anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, but I don't think it would cure it if you have a bad case already - I've found only antifungal creams from a pharmacy will cure an existing condition. This is nicely packaged, it's good quality and it works pretty well. It's expensive but it does last a long time.I don't personally find it quite to my taste - it's a little bit more of a hassle to apply than Lanacane, it's not quite as effective, but it's not a bad choice if you prefer a more natural product. I doubt I'll buy it again though.

Gave best results after a couple of applications...
This hemp relief cream comes in a tin box with a screw off lid and inside you’ll find the cream The cream comes in a silver, tin container which is reasonably strong but can be bent out of shape with some force. Mine came a little squished on one edge but the contents were perfectly fine. The cream is a light-yellow colour and absorbs easily into the skin without leaving any greasiness behind on either your fingers or the area you’re applying it to. The cream has a smell which is a blend of Vaseline and a refreshing mint type aroma, which is the best way I can describe it. It is a nice smell and also has a bit of menthol properties so can help with breathing too as it opens your sinuses up a little bit.For itch relief, it seems to work quite well. My wife has edema on her lower legs so has quite a lot of discomfort in these cold months which is why she was keen to try this. She applied it and after about 15 minutes, she started to feel a little bit of relief. It wasn’t until she applied it again later that night, did she see better results and wasn’t complaining with itchiness from her legs. The first treatment seems to take the edge of the itchiness away, but the second treatment took it away completely. In conclusion, it gave my wife positive results and eased her symptoms after 6 hours of use. In our case, it didn’t completely take the itch away at first, but it dulled it down significantly that her legs weren’t bothering her. The second dose seemed to do the trick though. I think we’ll be getting more of this when it’s gone as we are both happy with the results that it’s given us…
