When the phone rings, do you just pick it up or is there a button to press?

We have the phone connected to 2 BT extensions no problem. Don't know if this helps.

What is the REN of this 'phone, please?

I don't know. I checked the phone and it didn't indicate what the REN was. However I have installed it in my elderly mums house where there is also three other BT phones, an emergency call system (Careline) and a BT router - all working fine and no interference.

How do i change the photos?

The clear plastic is removed from the top gently then you can change the photo
