Excellent after sales service, 1st class. The unit itself has Cool, warm and natural light colours which are dimmable using the supplied RC unit. The fan has 3 speeds and is more than adequate on a warm day to keep your room cool and fresh. The bottom grill also rotates to move the air around the room. The unit is elegant and functional at the same time. RC is easy to use and comes with a handy wall bracket so you don't lose it. The K9 glass crystals reflect a spectrum of colour giving that real crystal effect. Easy to install. Well worth the money in my opinion.
