Good for beginners
I bought this for my wife as a starting weight as she wanted to start exercising. For a beginner the size and weight is excellent for her. She is moving onto a larger kettle as her strength has improved. She normally get fed up with exercise routines but the kettlebell exercises she really enjoys.

Finally I have pink weights.
These are so much better than the old traditional hand weights. If the pink vinyl coating was over the handles too, then it would have been five stars. You will need gloves for this. It's good for beginners. Not too heavy.
