De'Longhi SW13ABC.S Livenza Compact All Day Grill

I got this Grill in April, but the wife has only now tried to use it. But we were very disappointed with this one. The box inside was damaged, and on the inside of the grill, the plastic had a big crack. I got the feeling that the product is not new, but already a used one. When the wife connected it to the electrical outlet, it did not work. We are very disappointed with this purchase.

Small, light weight. Doesn’t occupy huge space over the kitchen counter. Best part is that the trays are removable so you can wash them in the dishwasher. Perfect appliance!

I've been using this grill 2yrs now, I gave my toaster and Air fryer to friends. very useful small kitchen appliance.

This is a good small two sided grill/griddle. It is all I wanted. It is a no-frills unit, so no temperature control and no timer, but it does come with nice interchangeable plates. Great for toasted sandwiches, hot dogs, cooking a couple burgers, chicken breast, pork chops, bacon, sausage, that sort of thing. Simple and useful.

We just bought this product 1 month ago. Since then we are using it every day for grilling, making sandwiches and making waffle. For waffle cooking product works really good and as it is dishwasher safe we can easily clean it. While grilling beef and hamburgers, it has an oil collector which keeps the product clean.

It's doing what it suppose to do and doing it well. No major complains on device operation. Waffles, sandwiches and paninis are all done well. It also easy to handle and clean. One star is removed due to following reasons:- No temperature control, which is a pity for that price.- There is small manufacture defect - some bump on a plastic cover of the front side. This doesn't affect operation, so I decided to keep it.- The package was previously opened (but not used). So it wasn't well packed back. I guess someone bought it, saw the defect above and returned. This shouldn't be sold as new.
