This was bought as a book light, however I've found it to be much more useful.When I first opened the packaging I thought that it looked a little large to be a book light as it has a bigger base than I was expecting. That larger base makes it more useful though and despite not being paper thin, the whole light is really quite light. I'll give my thoughts on it as a book light first before moving to it's other benefits.The light attaches easily via a strong clip to either a book or kindle - as it's so light you hardly notice it's there. The clip has a rubberised end for grip and to protect the surface it's attached to - it's also hinged to it has a firm grip on many different surfaces, not just books. There a two settings for brightness and I find the lowest setting is perfect for reading. The base is made of strong plastic and the articulated arm can be put in nearly any position and will stay there. I can't give an exact figure for how long the battery lasts between charges as I've yet to run it down! Let's just say it's clearly many hours and you're not going to need to charge it very often. The battery is rechargeable and comes with a charge cable included.Whilst I bought it as a book light, the larger base means that the lamp can also be used a freestanding lamp on any flat surface and won't topple over. It can also be clipped to desks, work surfaces and, I've found, even poles, so you can position nearly anywhere that you'd like some extra light (this is where the higher brightness setting comes into its own!). This could be at a desk or for shedding some light whilst doing arts and crafts etc. The included power cable means that there's no need to worry about the battery running flat as you can easily keep it plugged in when using it in these circumstances.Superbly well made and much more useful than just a book light, highly recommended.If you've found this review at all helpful it would be great if you'd please be kind enough to click the helpful button below. I bought 15 of these book lights to help members of a Church Choir read the music at several candle only services over Christmas. They worked extremely well.Previous to this year we had been use I using battery operated double spot lights which did not light up enough of a page of music to make them useful.These TechRise led book lights worked extremely well. The large clip meant they could be clipped to the candle stick holder or a music folder whilst in procession.The versatile arm made it easy for everyone to get the light into the position which suited them best and the different level of brightness again greatly helped so people with poorer eyesight were able to increase the brightness up to the maximum level very easily by touching the light.We used the lights for a total of approx 5 hours straight out of the box.These lights were ordered over lunchtime on Sunday 15 Dec and arrived less than 24 hours later !All of the Choir members were very impressed with them and asked where l had bought them. All together a brilliant buy and extremely reasonably priced.

This is a very good product for the price. It illuminates sheet-music on a stand on a dark stage well enough to read it clearly. The battery lasts for ages. The clip holds it securely to the stand. The charge circuit shuts off the current when the battery is fully charged, (which is reassuring)..But I do have a few grumbles ... 1. I have found the lamp switched-on in my music bag twice, this is because the push-button on the head of the lamp is very easy to turn on by accident - it needs to be recessed a little. 2. The battery can supply power out of the charge socket, the instructions list this as a feature, but I think it might damage a computer if you plugged the lamp into a USB socket when the computer wasn't switched on, because current might flow into the computer. 3. The pool of light is a bit small, I wanted the goose neck to be a bit longer so I could get the lamp a bit further away and so get a more even spread of light.This little light of mine ... is going to be very useful.

If like me you have a kindle without a back light, this product will be highly useful for you for night time reading. The LEDs are not intrusive at all, do not hurt your eyes and provide a good, bright light. Makes reading at night very pleasant and adds functionality to my kindle that it previously didn't have.Product charges with micro-usb which is good as no batteries required and the clip itself is quite strong. It will not fall off any time soon it seems! The adjusting arm on the LED is also very firm and stable. You can even use this product as a torch lol!Very well priced light that doesn't hurt your eyes, would recommend!

This is a brilliant book light, the rubber grip is nice and strong, but cushioned enough so that it protects your book. The LED has 2 brightness settings, the lower one is perfectly bright enough, but having a brighter setting makes it useful for other applications, such as a mini portable desk lamp. The long rechargeable battery life is convenient and much better than having to find new batteries. The overall construction of the product feels very robust and great value considering its low price. Works fine with larger books such as A4 textbooks due to its high brightness setting but is more suited to use with standard A5 size books due to having a single light source.Overall the book light is bright, robust and great value; perfect for night time reading.

Good quality light and very handy with a clip on design, I put it on a desk without it being wobbly for some white light if you use warm colour light bulbs at home. It also works clipping onto the side of the table or books, kindle reader etc as gives a good grip and doesn't damage the surface.Particularly useful when you are travelling and need to do some reading without distributing other people. You can change the brightness (2 levels), the battery is USB chargeable and gives hours of use. I am happy with the brightness, good quality and price so would recommend to those who needs a portable light.

Llego en tiempo y forma. Esta muy bien, es regulable de intensidad y luz fría/cálida con lo cuales menos es cansado para los ojos. Un plus tremendo que sea recargable USB, tenia uno a pilas y duraban poquísimo y era un gasto respectabele. Lo uso para leer en la cama y en viajes largos. Muy recomendable para eso fines. Pesa muy poco y tiene un agarre sólido.

Dalle foto sembra molto più grande rispetto a quanto lo è realmente, almeno io me l'aspettavo più grande.Con i suoi 18 cm di “collo” snodabile la lampadina risulta ottima per la lettura di libri o da tenere vicino il pc per lavorare in ambienti poco illuminati se non siete dotati una tastiera retroilluminata come nel mio caso.La pinza ha un’apertura di circa 3-4 cm e vi permette di agganciarla facilmente alla copertina di un libro (senza rovinarla, è dotata di gommini per proteggere le superfici) o da qualsiasi altra parte.La luce ha due regolazioni, una più fioca al primo click e tutta la potenza di luce che i 4 led riesco ad emettere al secondo click.La base (che contiene la batterie) abbastanza spessa, le da grande stabilità se semplicemente poggiata. Ha un buon bilanciamento in modo da tenerla stabile in qualunque posizione voi mettiate il “collo” della lampada.Durata della batteria? Ce l’ho da più di una settimana e la uso spesso per la mia solita lettura a letto e non l’ho ancora ricaricata :). Nella confezione troviamo in dotazione un piccolo cavetto USB per la ricarica. Lo so molti utenti si lamentano che avrebbero voluto anche la presa nella confezione, ma ad essere sinceri quante ne abbiamo sparse per casa?

Je laisse 5 étoiles car c'est un très bon produit. Assez compact (bien que la pince soit assez grosse, mais ça permet de se fixer sur de gros objets),cette lampe est arrivée bien emballée avec son câble (le point négatif, j'y reviens après) et son mode d'emploi (en anglais... mais pas vraiment nécessaire...)La lampe éclaire bien, avec 2 niveaux d'éclairage possibles. Le flexible tient bien et ne s'effondre pas sous le poids de la lampe (déjà vu...)Par contre, j'aurais vraiment apprécié un câble micro USB... là on a un câble transfo classique... ce qui veut dire qu'il faut emmener un câble de plus en voyage... mais ça ne justifie quand même pas d'enlever une étoile. Ormai da diversi anni posseggo un vecchio Kindle, di quelli sprovvisti di retroilluminazione e poiché leggo spesso in condizioni di scarsa luminosità, ho sentito la necessità di comprare una lampada da lettura comoda e compatta. Attratto soprattutto dal prezzo, ho scelto di acquistare la lampada da lettura della TechRise.La confezione comprende: 1 lampada da lettura a 4 LED; 1 cavetto micro-usb per la ricarica; 1 foglietto con le istruzioni.Dopo circa sei mesi di utilizzo posso constatare quanto segue:+ I 4 LED della lampada fanno molta luce, più che sufficiente per la lettura di libri cartacei e dispositivi e-book. La LUMINOSITÀ è impostabile su due differenti livelli.+ Il BRACCIO è estremamente flessibile e conserva ottimamente la forma assunta. La lunghezza del braccio (senza considerare clip e testa) è pari a 18cm.+ La CLIP è robusta e presenta degli inserti in gomma per una presa ancora più ferma. La sua apertura massima è pari a 4,5cm. La lampada può anche essere poggiata su ripiani orizzontali come tavoli e scrivanie.+ La BATTERIA interna si ricarica completamente in circa 3 ore e ne garantisce 7-8 di autonomia. La presa di ricarica è una comune micro-USB e il cavetto è lungo 110cm.- L'unica nota stonata deriva dal fatto che la TEMPERATURA del colore della luce è fissa a 6000K (bianco freddo), mentre per la lettura in ambienti bui è consigliata una temperatura più calda.

Muy buen producto. La pinza tiene mucha fuerza de agarre incluso para sitios más anchos. Además tiene dos intensidades de luz. Las más fuerte es ideal para leer y la más débil la utilizo para dejársela encendida a mis hijos mientras se quedan dormidos. Además la batería dura bastante y tiene un tamaño ideal para llevarlo de viaje.
