WellBake Silicone Non Stick Rolling Mat with Measurements 50 x 40cm

Done some pizza and pastry on it, definitely non stick, in fact, I miss, banging a dusting of flour on.Just put some on pin.It has the useful size gauge on it. Non slip, I clean it with a scour pad , dry with some paper towel, and roll it away.Previously I used a large glass pastry board, with all the delights of handling that. I have checked and, the glass one is the same dimensions as this mat. Perfect size for home use.So, its unbreakable, stores away nicely ,and is non stick.Oh, and you get a pink spatula. I would prefer one black, with the Jolly Roger on it.

I had nothing to do my pastries on for a long time, using kitchen top but always having the feeling it was not hygienic and not comfortable.This little mat changed everything. It sticks nicely to all the types of kitchen tops there are in my kitchen but not to the dough. The markings are very handy. Easy to clean and dry and stored neatly wrapped around my rolling pin in the drawer. May buy more for presents in the future.

This mat has worked out better than expected so far. I’ve used it for bread dough, pizza dough and shortcut pastry and it’s been fairly non stick with all of them so far, requiring only the bare minimum of flour. It’s good if not brilliant at staying attached to my kitchen worktop; it certainly doesn’t slip while rolling or kneading dough, although it is a bit prone to scrunching up when dough is pulled off it - it feels like it should have been a little stiffer (or perhaps thicker), although the flexibility makes it easy to roll up and store in a drawer. The various measurement scales are useful, especially the circles when it comes to making pizza. The somewhat steep price is probably the only real downside, although the quality is at least good.

I bought this as a present for my daughter-in- law. I have had one for a couple of years and don't know how I managed without one. I use it for rolling out pastry and also for fondant icing and marzipan. I have cut scones out on it using a plastic cutter but don't use a sharp knife on it but have used a plastic one. It is big enough to keep flour and pastry bits of the floor. Useful if you are a bit messy. Very easy to clean. It seemed a little pricy at the time I bought mine but I paid quite a bit more but it was well worth it. This one is a bargain. Good present for a baking friend.

V disappointing. It is non stick but i use it for kneading bread dough and i have to use one hand to keep it down while I work the dough with the other. If it was rigid it might be ok - it's not so it isn't

The description clearly says "For perfect pastry, dough or similar prep without the need for flour dustings." But that's not true. I have used this several times now and every single time I try to roll out pastry dough (chilled pre-made) it completely sticks to the mat and I have to scrape it off, wash it, flour it and start again. I thought perhaps I had to "prime" it somehow, but no, it should just work out of the box. I have cleaned it thoroughly and it works if I flour generously, but non-stick? I don't think so! Still, the template measurements are useful, it doesn't slide about, and it keeps my worktop from getting too messy, so I have given it "average" 3-star rating.

Good sized sheet. I use it on my kitchen worktop, for mixing dough for pizzas, and for shaping pizzas. I find it doesn’t move at all when I’m using it. I still sprinkle flour onto it, when I’m kneading my dough. Definitely worth buying . Saves you having to worry about any cleaning products you’ve used on the worktop being absorbed into your dough. The circular size images on the sheet are handy when your shaping your pizzas.

This is exactly as I wanted, stays on the work service, easy to clean and then easy to store as you can roll it up. Brilliant product with useful information on it, slightly more expensive than some on the market but well worth any extra. Delivered promptly and well packaged, first class.

I ordered this because I needed a pastry board but could not afford the wooden ones. It is a strange looking beast but fantastic, easy to use and clean and takes up very little space.
