will this clean an egr valve whilst sprayed into the air intake?

If the engine is running then, NO probably not. This is a foaming product and is best sprayed into turbo/throttle body/EGR when NOT running. If you can't take parts off use Wynns Carburettor cleaner to spray in the air stream (after the air filter) when running. DO NOT use any non-automotive product like 'oven cleaner'; it may attack rubber and other materials in the inlet system causing more damage in the long run.

Not sure but if you spray into turbo inlet and leave for 30 mins you could try that see if it works

Not too sure, it’s designed mainly to clean the turbo internals and the fan blades. Is all the moving parts on the actuator moving freely? When the engine is off you should try moving it .

Can I spray direct in air intake pipe or direct to the turbo

Straight in to the turbo while the engine is idling. After you have emptied the can take the car for a 15 -20 min run so any crap through the exhaust system will be cleared purged out. Is your car diesel or petrol?
