The Marcy SM600 is a home gym that provides a safe weight training system for use at home with smith machine rack. This ultra safe design features heavy duty safety stoppers and bar locking holes that run all the way down the uprights so that you can train without a spotter and push yourself as hard as possible without worrying if the weight is too heavy. The adjustable bench that comes with the smith cage can pull straight out and be used either individually with dumbells or with the cage as well. It can adjust from flat, incline, decline and shoulder pressing angles to allow for better exercise variety.
