Glad to discover that Janie Dry Stick Spot & Carpet Cleaner is available online. It is the "miracle" stick that erases grease and spots on everything from clothing to carpets and doesn't damage fabric or fibers. It gets an A plus. We've used our old Janie sticks acquired pre 1985 for years until they evaporated in chalk dust, and then couldn't find them in stores anymore. Someone suggested searching online when I commented that the sticks were AWESOME. Glad to find them and have a whole new batch to use.

I bought my first Janie stick almost a year ago and now I always keep it in the house, and I take one with me when I travel. This is hands down the best spot cleaner on the market. I have tried sprays, liquids, Tide sticks, etc. - this one is absolutely the best. It is somewhat crumbly so you need to be gentle. The little brush on the lid is pretty much worthless, but I rub with a dry towel or washcloth and that works just fine.

I purchased enough of the Janie to be able to will it to my kids because it's so hard to find. The product is basically a miracle. It will erase a grease spot on your clothing, furniture or rugs in a couple of minutes. If you rub Janie into the spot, wait a few minutes and then brush the powder away, the spot is gone. I've been using this for years and haven't found anything that works better or more easily.

As it has in the past and I have been using for 10 years or so, it still removes most stains, even stains that have been around for awhile. My last purchase was at the Vermont Country Store and I just ran out two months ago. I use it whenever I have stains and most carpets seem to be a magnet for stains.Craig Cotton

The product works well on clothing, and carpets. I've used it for years. when I was running low on it I was Happy to find that I could purchase it on Amazon!
