ProCook Damascus X100 Knife Set 3 Piece with Oak Magnetic Block

Initially I was very impressed with these super sharp knives and felt they were worth the hefty price tag. Unfortunately, within a couple of months black dye began to transfer off the underside of the block, staining my kitchen units (see pic). Now, at least once a fortnight I have to intensely scrub the top of my unit with bleach to get rid of the stain. The knives came with plastic protective tips for their points but these are very easy to misplace and despite hunting high and low I have found it impossible to locate replacements apart from in the US, with a £53 shipping cost! Lastly, considering that these steel knives feature the Japanese symbol for strength I did not expect the tip of the largest knife to bend over on itself when i was using it, rendering it useless! While I wouldn't rule out using Damascus knives in the future I've learned an expensive lesson buying this set.
