I don’t know what thickness and sheerness means in relation to capsules. They are easy to swallow and good value for money.

Was sceptical about getting these supplements but I was willing to try ALMOST anything to stop the very very frequent trips to the bathroom especially at night time which could be several times. I have even changed to decaf tea bags and only allow myself 4 hot drinks a day, 2 teas in morning and 2 lattes afternoon, nothing after 7pm to see if thus would help.There are no instructions included on when best time to take so did a little research and all I found was best taken with food. So I started taking them just after teatime at 6pm and it works for me.To say I am impressed is an understatement,They are brilliant, loo trips have reduced dramatically, they helped almost from the start of taking them and so far have had 2 nights of not having to get up and no running to bathroom every 30mins during day.To all the ladies out there who know the pain of dreading the sneeze or coughing fit even after you have just been to the loo and crossing your legs is no help, believe me when I say no more soggy pants.Highly recommend these, they have helped me.

Took this particular supplement for a long time,one a day lots of benefits.

Placebo or not, and I doubt it, for me, these are a repeat purchase, which says something! Flow rates improved in day or two and night time waking pretty much stopped. Tea urge now the purpose of waking at five.Being able to empty bladder seems to be the key factor for me and flow rates comment backs this up. May not be right for all conditions or people but I am happy.

It is a bit early to tell yet as I`ve only been taking them for about 8 days but I already only get up at night to visit the toilet about once a night instead of the three times before I started taking them. The time span between toilet visits has increased from about 2 hours to nearly 5 or 6 hours and is getting better every day, I really think they are working for me and feel better every morning having had a good nights sleep. They are a natural plant extract which is better than taking prescription drugs from the doctor. I suffer with BPH ( Benign Prostate Hyperplasia) and this extract helps to shrink the prostate gland. At this point I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers from frequent toilet visits in the night.
