Takes a few mins for temp to settle on max - I use it quite rarely, so it tongs great when rarely needed, great price - gets hot, does take what seemed like a few mins to heat and I was constantly knocking the temp button with my holding tong hand almost on every curl thus wasn’t sure if temp was fixed / set / or if I could set it, button available didn’t seem to do anything, wasn’t sure if temp was stable or re-starting at 100 again etc, so I found not the easiest to use but for Pro Tongers maybe more adept than me or just occasional curling, great price and did, well, did curl effectively x

Really pleased with my new tongs, they get hot super quick and grip your hair well. Very satisfied customer. 👍

I felt this was a older design that really only works in limited circumstances, my hair is very thick, where this iron is a bit small, really only for thinner, shorter hair as the tongs couldn’t cope with any volume. Instructions were adequate but not as informative as I would have wanted. This curling iron works but not for me.

Great hair curler which works exactly as described, looks as good as described, and is durable enough that it'll be used many times over again. Very easy to recommend.

worked once then never again, too late to return it so I am left with a non-working product

It only worked once then the ‘on’ button would not turn the wand on. Messed about with it for ages and it eventually came on. Next time I wanted to use it it wouldn’t switch on again. Would definitely not recommend. Very disappointed😰
