Galaxy Chocolate Lovers Hamper Gift Box

Awful! The chocolate comes in a cardboard box with a bow running around it, not bad to look at. Then you open it up. Most of the chocolate bars have "£1" printed onto the packaging and to be fair you could pick up most of the contents of this from the shop for about £7!! Totally disappointed you're best off doing your own than wasting money on this!

Quite disappointed. Bought this as a last minute treat for a end of term gift for a teacher. Wasn't happy to find the £1 price on most of the chocolate. It made it look cheap and when I added up the items it certainly wasn't worth the money I paid. Haven't got time to return and buy a new gift so have ended up adding to it to make it look as nice as the pictures.

This product is somewhat deceiving, when they say large it’s really the medium size chocolates, no large chocolate bars at all and they had the prices on most of the chocolates, they’re total value is about £8 and the box is deceiving as it looks like a wicker with a lid in the photo when in reality it’s like a £2 box from card factory or something with a wicker design and one of the “large” bars of chocolate was already open when it turned up. Absolute rip off as I could’ve made this selection myself for a tenner at any supermarket and they’ve charged double that. Only good thing was the delivery came next day

Honestly this was such a let down for me I think partly my fault as I clearly didn’t read the product description properly, The chocolate comes with prices on them and they all state £1 the box was cardboard for some reason I thought it was going to be more like a hamper box but it’s just a cardboard patterned box which probably cost them one or £2 to make and the amount of chocolate in the box comes to about £7 so it’s a massive £10 wasted lol!I wanted to give this to my friend but I didn’t want to giver her chocolate with massive £1 on the wrapper

Well I should have read the reviews first really... I am so disappointed in what I have received and I am giving this as a gift. The chocolate bars have the prices printed ( £1) on them and when you add them up it is no where near worth what paid. The hamper is a cardboard box with a ribbon around it which actually is quite nice. Thankfully my friend will be more interested in the chocolate but it does not look like what is advertised. Shame.

Very underwhelmed with this product...5 of the chocolate bars had £1 printed on them and the remaining chocolate bars and packaging were no where near the value of up to £19 which this hamper cost me. Not worth the money at all.You are far better off buying the bars separately and making a chocolate hamper yourself.

Gift box looks cheap and ugly.- Image stretched and printed out over box.- Uneven bow.- Ripped hole where bow was pushed throughAlso lots of £1 price tags visible as you look through the box which spoils the "gift" theme.Save yourself getting ripped off and buy the galaxy chocolate from the store and buy a proper nice gift box. Will be cheaper and far better.

The hamper box was only half full with no tissue or other packaging inside to cushion the contents so some of the bars were a bit squashed around the edges. There was nothing special about the box or the packaging - it didn't feel like a gift box. I could have bought the individual items and shoved them in a box or bag myself for less money.
