I was a bit sceptical as to how great this attachment would be for the hand-held V6 Animal, but glad I took the gamble after reading lots of positive reviews about it on here. This one at £17.39 against a £60-£70 branded dyson one was a no brainier. Yes it’s not quite as good as the dyson head, but it’s never going to be as the dyson technology is superb. This is however a great budget replacement. Way better than I thought it would be. The suction on hard floors and very short pile carpet is actually better than the dyson in my opinion. On long pile better quality carpet it’s hard going to push it back and forth as the suction is so good on it. Where this one comes down in the ratings for me is that it doesn’t have the pile-adjustable slider on this attachment, where the dyson does. The head of this attachment is a fair bit smaller than the dyson, but again, in my opinion this is better as it allows you to get into smaller areas than the dyson attachment allows. I actually think this cheap £17.39 attachment is brilliant. It’s well worth every penny, especially in this current economic climate where every saving helps. I’m thrilled with this attachment. It is really really good and without sacrificing on quality or suction at all. The movability of this attachment isn’t quite as smooth as the moving ball joint of the dyson but it’s never going to be…..but it’s certainly good enough for what I need. Very impressed and saved me around £40-£50 extra buying the dyson branded one. It’s a 9/10 from me. A very good budget alternative with excellent suction. Just make sure you buy the correct attachment for the handheld you have…..one doesn’t fit all…..dyson are crafty !!!

I’ll admit that my expectations for an unbranded replacement part for any electrical product are low. I’ve had some real junk from other products, which is why I’m so surprised by the quality and performance of this replacement Dyson head.I’ve had two genuine roller heads for my V6 Animal SV03 and both gave up eventually. They weren’t particularly good at the best of times. When I contacted Dyson customer service for assistance with my faulty head, their recommendation was to buy a brand new Dyson for ‘just’ £299.99. I found fixes on YouTube which kept it going for a bit (as long as you have a small torx-head screwdriver set) but eventually the roller post snapped.Their genuine replacement heads are approximately £55 so when I saw this for under £20 I thought I’d give it a go. Arrived within two working days.I’ve used it for around 20 minutes and it’s already picking up things I know the Dyson head couldn’t have done. It is a bit narrower than what I was using before which might help with suction. It rolls nicely on carpet and laminate floors.I can’t comment on longevity but on first use, I can’t fault it. Looks good and has a satisfying springy-ness to it.

Bought this for my dyson v6 animal, as I'd lost the end parts to the authentic one over the years...Arrived and first impression it fits well to the dyson hand held, it picks up well, but, I was disappointed when hoovering carpet, the suction was too intense and the hoovering would stop thinking something was jammed. It would take one arm on the hoover handle, and another on the shift to hoovering abit more seamlessly... and with that being said, the attachment is smaller than the original, so it makes for a time consuming work out...Product works fine on hard floors.

This is a nice product, well made and strong. I was slightly concern as it is a compatible part and not the original dyson product but it seems to work just as well.It is smaller that the Dyson's motorhead brush but still provides the same suction power as you would expect. It works well on carpets and hard floors as I have a mixture and it's very good on boost mode.I got this item for the Dyson V6 Animal cordless vacuum as the original dyson motorhead stopped spinning and couldn't be fixed.If you don't won't to buy the Dyson's original attachment then this is a great replacement and a lot cheaper.

Avoid! Broke and first use and told I need to pay to send it back!

Fantastic brush head for my Dyson DC59. Fits perfectly and works like a dream. Really great value for money.

dopo la seconda spazzola originale dyson che smetteva di funzionare ho voluto provare questa. Ne sono soddisfattisimo, è si leggermente più piccola ma pulisce benissimo e non fa certo rimpiangere l'originale. consigliata

Ich bin total begeistert von der Alternative zum Original! Sie saugt Krümmel besser auf als die originale und ist konstruiert, dass sich deutlich weniger Haare aufwickeln und auch gar nicht ins Getriebe kommen können, das ist beim original der Grund für schnellen Defekt gewesen. Top Produkt zu einem guten Preis. 100 Prozent Empfehlung von mir! Ganz besonders wenn man Probleme Tiere hat bzw. Aus anderen Gründen die originalen und viel zu teuren Düsen schnell kaputt gehen.

Correspond au DC62 et 2x moins cher que la brosse Dyson. Produit de qualité, facile à nettoyer. Je la conseille en remplacement de la brosse d'origine. Utilisation tous les jours depuis 3 semaines.
