**Updated** I was contacted by a representative of the company and they were very apologetic about the error on the insert. They promptly sent another one with the corrected information free of charge. The parcel was labelled fragile and do not bend to ensure the insert was delivered intact. I appreciated this gesture as my friend loved the token gift.**Original Review**I saw this item and thought it would be a perfect gift for my friend who bought their first house. It was scheduled to arrive between the 5 - 7 Dec and arrived quite promtly on the 5th. I followed the instructions as followed inputting the date like in the picture to include the date and month but all that was provided was the year, which I am not very happy about. From afar it looks quite good but when viewed up close it doesn't have quite the best finishing. Additionally, the back of the frame wasn't correctly fitted, which is a 2 second job which doesn't leave a good impression.

I received my personalised frame last week and was so pleased with this product.The framed picture and lettering was absolutely gorgeous, also the customer service was amazing. I had incorrectly put the wrong spelling on the initial request, I was contacted straight away to ask if this need to be amended ( it did, oops ! ). Also, I needed to change the address this present was to be sent to, at the last minute, this was also no problem.I would definitely recommend this product and company and I am already looking to place another order.
