what height is it in cm

No Idea sorry but takes a full bag including drives with room at the top for a few towels

Can the zips be locked?

Just the main compartment zip can be locked.

Is this bag Padded? like to order but need to make sure the clubs wont break. Thanks

Yes is has some padding around the top end of the bag. It's big enough to fit additional clothing in there, plus shoes etc. Overall I have found the bag to be great quality for the price. Very happy.
