Looks like a toy clock very basic time . However when i first used it very easy to set up also pitcure was great very very happy with item. If you have a love one in a nursing home or home help or having things going missing at home or work. i would recommend

ARRIVED WITH THE FRONT HEAVILY SCRATCHED ITS NOT A MIRROR IT'S POLISHED PLASTIC I AM SURE IT IS SECOND HAND.ONCE YOU GET THROUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS. IT DOES WORK.COULD NOT GET IT SET TO TRIGGER ON MOTION DETECTION ONLY CONSTANT RECORD (SHAME)DOES NOT WORK AS WEB CAM AND CAN'T INSTALL THE SOFTWARE ON WINDOWS 8.BUT CAN STILL DOWN LOAD THE VIDEO AND SOUND...OVER ALL A VERY EXPENSIVE BIT OF PLASTIC WITH A HIDDEN CAM. IF IT HAD OF ARRIVED IN BETTER CONDITION I MIGHT OF BEEN HAPPIER.COULD NOT GET EXCHANGE WHICH I WOULD HAVE LIKED THROUGH AMAZON ONLY OFFERING REFUND WHICH WAS GOING TO PROVE A MAJOR LOGISTIC MISSION I COULD NOT BO BOTHERED TO GO THROUGH SO I HAVE BADLY SCRATCHED BIT OF PLASTIC WITH HIDDEN CAM THAT ONLY DOES ONE OUT OF THE 5 THINGS PROMISED.MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP.

I'm trying very hard at the moment to find something positive to say about this but I am really struggling. The box it comes in is very good and strong with nice images on it, but it goes down hill from there...when I first visually inspected it I found it to feel very cheaply made, i.e. edges not finished smoothly the fit of the back panel not very good, the buttons feel lose and flimsy...just an overall feel and appearance of lesser quality parts used, the instructions are in Chinese and engrish, I am not certain that they were for this particular model as the picture of the remote was a different layout and they said the memory card was inserted in the side panel when it goes into a slot behind the back panel, (there is no side panel) and they are not very clearly written, you have to substitute some words for others with a similar meaning for it to make sense etc. which can leave you struggling when they try to describe how to do all the time/date settings and the operational instructions for the video with all its different modes. I finally figured it out and how to-and how long to charge it for etc, then how to get into the different recording modes I did some test recordings. Then it was playback time...if it had been my SLR camera I would have thought I had left the lens-cap on, that is how dark the image was, this is in my living room during daylight (it was overcast though) I could eventually make out some movement because I have long grey/silver hair it shone enough to show up when I stuck my head up to the camera. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement, I really expected a lot more for £50...Viewing it back using VLC player I was able to alter the brightness contrast saturation etc which allowed me to see that there is a video image there but it is far from HD, and as far as recording in low light goes, 1lux it says...that is not going to happen. Now after saying all this it could be that maybe I got a bad one? I have nothing else to compare it to maybe yours will be better...if I had to make a guess at the problem I wonder if maybe the mirror coating has not been removed in front of the camera lens making it very dark? just a suggestion...oh! and the voice for the speaking clock is hilarious because it is so terrible it's like a pinky and perky Chinese person putting on an American accent...it had me in stitches, but I can't really class that as a good point. In summing up, I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone, the one I received (which is all I can go off) is terrible quality and is in no way worth even close to £50 in my humble opinion...I must say at this point that I am in no way any type of expert but they do call me gadget man round these parts...I have returned mine for a refund...Hope this little review helps you decide, Knowledge is power and we must all help each other with good and honest reviews...Boshy.

This was a great price, it works well, instructions are fairly clear, only problem so far is I have not managed to change the date on the recording.

I thought this would be a cool little gadget for me.It's easy to use once read through the instruction manual.As a clock and alarm its great the rechargeable batteries are great to have too (no wires can put it anywhere when not charging).As far as the "HD" goes its not at all even wen using a class 10 card!!! Oh and you have to buy that yourself too if not already in possession of the correct memory card.Its a grainy picture so far as its not picking up much light from my room with the light switched on... It looks like it takes a bit of intelligent positioning to get the best quality image.If your thinking of buying for the HD capture look around for something else.

I have just received my Multi-Functional clock. Delivery was very good It does everything it says on the box. The instructions were simple and easy to understand, for the money a great product. I am not very up with gadgets but I found this quite simple to set up. Based on my experience I would buy other products from ECSHOP.

This Item looks good but has its problems.Firstly it comes with two large rechargeable batteries (via USB cable - Mains plug supplied). The connector is inside the back housing so when It discharges its a case of start from scratch. It does not keep the settings and the instructions are not the best.The display shows the time and changes to Temperature and Date constantly. Having tried to adjust to keep time only, it appears this is not possible. The mirror is a mirror. The video /photos appears to work OK but as I only have an 8GB card at present so did not last long enough. You can use up to 32Gb cardsComes with a remote control to access functions which again are not as clear on the instructions as to use. But should not take long to figure out.

Works very well, although the Chinese translated instructions were a little hard to interpret at first. In the end I pretty much ignored them and just operated it as it's quite intuitive. Takes good shots, video and the sound quality is good too.
