Spirit of 76 Arabic style majlis floor seating sofa set sofa couch / SHI_FS221

I bought this earlier this summer, the fabric pattern and floor sofa concept looked cool, however the price is very high for the product. I have had this for a few months now so I have a good sense of the quality of the materials:Fabric quality: poor. After a few months of sparing use, the cover is becoming fluffy. Trying to hand-scrape a stain on the cover, the soft fabric would also disintegrate. It is some very soft synthetic fabric and not designed to last.Foam cushions: unsatisfactory. while the back pillows and arm rests are firm, the seating cushion is much softer. This becomes uncomfortable after a while sitting on it. I emailed the dealer asking if it might be possible to substitute the foam of the sitting cushion, he replied that to send a firmer one I would be charged £275!! Just for a new piece of foam.All in all, this sofa could be a nice alternative concept, but the cost of £325 is ridiculous for such poor quality product - a few pieces of foam covered in flimsy fabric. Don't expect any customer service for the price either.
