I have spent a fortune so far this year on 2 mattresses and 3 toppers, all different types and I'm still not happy. I wake in the early hours with terrible lower back pain and once awake there's no chance of finding a position to lay in without the pain and I can barely get out of bed or straighten up for hours.Enough is enough!I had to look again online for a topper, I couldn't afford another mattress. Even though I was desperate I took my time, 2 months, to look and read many toppers and reviews. It's so difficult because I suppose it's all down to personal preference. My new mattress was hard as rock even though it promised the world of comfort and had all of these different layers blah blah blah, I'm at my wits end and overtired by this time.Then......... I found the newenter 10cm memory foam topper. The description described me and my mattress. I eagerly read all of the reviews. I saw how many purchases has been made and I decided to BUY.The topper was delivered quickly, thank goodness. I placed it on the bed and within 2 hrs it was at 10cm. So quick! The cover is lovely and plush, good quality and thickness is spot on. It is a little tiny bit smaller than my mattress but it is huge! I didn't notice any smell. I made up my bed and couldnt wait to get in it at bed time.I wasn't disappointed! Omgoodness I can't tell you just how comfortable it is. I was worried it wouldn't be thick enough as my mattress was so hard but I worried for no reason. The memory foams are obviously great quality. I sunk into it like a marshmallow and it encased me with love all night long. For the first time in a year I slept from 9pm to 8am and when I HAD to get out of bed I had no struggles what so ever. I felt like a new woman all day and it was such a change to be able to stand straight and walk around straight. No longer do I dread to go to bed. As a woman of a certain age I've also found its not over heating my body either. At some point I am going to look into buying one of newenters mattresses too.I did have a nice surprise a couple of days after my purchase. Newenter sent me a mail through amazon thanking me for my purchase, advising the best way to keep it in tip top condition.You don't get any better. I highly recommend you buy this.

I bought a new Mulberry Silk Kokoon mattress. Great quality but the supposedly medium firmness, was just too firm for me. I have both Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis, and just could't sleep on my new mattress. As a bonus the topper is very much easier to clean than a mattress. With help I can get it into the garden in summer to sponge it over, then leave it in the sun to dry and let the suns rays disinfect.If you are looking at this, don't hesitate, just buy it as you won't regret it.I am now considering buying a single one for my son's bed

Bought due to health issues for husband and myself with arthritis and hip replacementsHis rating is a 4 as he finds the soft side slightly too firm for his likingI rate it 4.6 as it is soft enough yet moulds nicely to your body contour.Great price, size is as stated, packaging was very good, no obnoxious odour when first opened, springs back into shape directly after use, do not get too hot or sweaty at night.**WE HAVE NOT USED FIRM SIDE.Two happy campers in this house, I would recommend the mattress for value, comfort and support

Me and my partner have had awful nights sleep on our bed, had this mattress for quite some time now. It's an amazing mattress topper, we're really happy with the outcome and it is like laying on a cloud. Very true to size, good value for money, very comfortable. A little bit of weight to it, but we love it!

Was sceptical about buying this topper but I’m glad I did, I’ve suffered back and leg pains for a good few years, purchased a very expensive mattress couple of years back and it didn’t help one bit. Ive been reviewing toppers for couple of months now and just thought ok I’ll get this one, it was affordable with £40 off anyway it’s the best £109 I’ve spent, no more aching back in morning and I can actually sleep on my back now and I am truly getting 100% quality sleep which I have not had for good few years. Definitely give this topper 100% for price, quality of topper and sleep quality now.

Agood quality product. At first I found it very comfortable and it solved my hip pain at night. As some other reviews stated, it was very slippery, but I solved that by removing the zip-on cover. But as it settled I felt it was too soft. So I turned it onto the other side which was slightly firmer. But it was still too soft. I probably should have bought a thinner topper. However, the other problem was that i found it hot to sleep on (though my husband didn't), so I requested a refund rather than an exchange. The company responded promptly with a couple of options and gave me the full refund through Amazon, honouring the 100- night sleep trial promise. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this company for their service, I'm sorry that their product just wasn't right for me.

Helped a bit but woukd have liked a bit more support. It's better to get a new mattress!
