Speeds up ironing no end!
Having used my parents steam generator iron when visiting them, I knew that I wanted one of my own and this doesn't disappoint.Although ironing is never going to be the most exciting of chores, this iron makes it a breeze. The steam gets through even duvet covers folded in half and it hold enough water to get through a large pile of ironing. I ironed clothes from three full loads of washing and only had to fill it up twice which saves lots of time going forward and back!The only very small downside to this iron is that it produces so much steam that occasionally I find water dripping from the underside of my ironing board! It's only a little and it's clean water so doesn't bother me at all but may be something to be aware of for others.

Irons fast but small faults
Product is great to use, but the biggest downfall is the writing for heat level smudges off after a few months and you cannot see wt level the water is at.

watch out for water level
Its a great iron, easy to use and does the job, The only problem we have is (stops it being five stars) reading the water level in the reservoir. We have a purple one and it's difficult to gauge where the water level is to refill it.

Terrible Iron
Bought this iron as I already have a Tefal Gv8461 Pro Express Autoclean Steam Generator which is FANTASTIC but I bought this one as it was a bit cheaper as I needed it for our holiday home where I don't do as much ironing. This iron is driving me mad as it keeps spitting out dirty water and ruining freshly washed clothes/sheets that I then need to wash again. This is even after replacing the anti calc cartridges - twice! That doesn't seem to make a difference. Don't buy this iron, it might be cheaper but by the time you have spent extra on all the additional washing you will need to do it will work out much more expensive! If you can afford it get the Tefal Gv8461 Pro Express Autoclean Steam Generator, I cannot recommend this one highly enough!

Wow.. I wish I had upgraded to this years ago!! Ironing is almost a pleasure now!! Honestly i would never go back to using the standard iron. This is so much quicker and easier. Brilliant
