Great photo paper for home printing. I use it with an original Canon printer and the results are very satisfying for personal photo albums. Good colour reproduction and a nice glossy finish – dependable quality for everyday use.

I hate being ripped off, especially for "official" ink and paper for printers. I don't buy official Canon ink, but I did decide to finally try out some official Canon Photo Glossy II paper. I thought it would be nice to try out precut 6x4s, despite that my camera shoots 4:3 ratio. Something about that old size that is nostalgic with the "old days" of film and lovely glossy photos on real paper you can hold. Well, I saw the good reviews this got and didn't think it was that expensive for the proper Canon stuff. I love the fact you do not have to faff with cutting the paper to size. I am using these with a Canon MP640. I literally added the photo paper into the rear tray, printed a photo I liked and went into printer properties to set it to the profile that matches it. In this case it has a profile called Photo Paper Glossy II and that was that. I selected best quality and a few minutes later I had a lovely glossy print that looks ace. I have to say, for me personally, on my non calibrated average monitor the colours on the screen totally matched the print out with no issues what so ever. No colour casts or brightness/contrast tweaks required. Literally just worked, perfectly. I might try some 4:3 ratio paper next or start shooting 3:2 all the time! :o)

Very shiny and great quality, having tested couple of photographs printed using Canon Pixma TS8750 and the result was stunning, highly recommended.

I mistakenly thought I was buying A4. It’s obviously 6x4 but I tested this paper alongside Tesco’s premium 6x4 glossy photo paper. Significant difference in the vibrance and colour quality. I have attached a picture of the end result printed with a Canon MG3650S printer I bought for £30. The quality of this photo paper is incredible. Watch out for the thickness of the paper (265g/m2) as some printers may not handle it. I would recommend this to anyone who has a printer that can print on 6x4 and 265g/m2 thickness or higher. Well worth it for the picture quality.

So far I've only printed black and white photos but the quality is better than the cheaper photo paper I had been using. The prints had lovely deep glossy blacks and near silver mid tones (so much so I've logged in to write this review in case it helps others to try this paper). I'm using a canon PIXMA printer which has a profile for this paper, perhaps that makes the difference too.

I got this to use with a Canon inkjet I bought and the results are fantastic. I tried some HP paper and it was good, but not as good as genuine Canon paper when used with the genuine inks - in my experience I've found that aftermarket inks never quite work as well as the genuine stuff. It's a shame really as it's printer ink must be the most expensive liquid in the world - even more so than any fine wine or beer like Peroni :) Photos come out looking like glossy photos as you'd expect from an inkjet photo printer, and the results are better than when I use glossy laser paper with a laser printer as that always comes out matte, although in a photo frame you'd be hard pushed to tell any difference.

La carta perfetta per avere delle foto fantastiche a casa, non so come possa stampare con altre marche ma avendo una Canon sono andata sul sicuro infatti le foto hanno una qualità straordinaria, unica cosa che posso aggiungere se volete stampare su questa carta come dal fotografo è quella di usare anche le cartucce originali, in questo caso il risparmio è poco ma la qualità cambia totalmente
