Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede Lipstick - 073 Stylist

I've had quite a lot of (positive) experience with Revlon now, and this is a very good product for the price especially. I was looking for a lipstick that looks the same on the lips as it does on the stick itself. It's very much the same colour, so I'm satisfied. It does transfer a tiny bit for the first ten minutes of wearing it, but this can be prevented by making sure you gently remove excess product with a bit of kitchen roll."ColorStay" matches this lipstick very well. I've been eating and drinking with this, and it stays put. The colour still looks amazing, and my lips feel "naked" - no sticking when pressing the lips together, no drying of the lips, both of which makes the product good for any occasion. I'm very, very impressed. One should notice that it IS a matte lipstick, so if you're looking for a little shine without applying another product, this isn't for you.- TL;DR -PROS:- Same colour on lips as product shows.- Doesn't dry/flake.- Colour stays after eating/drinking.- Light and pleasant taste/smell.- Doesn't transfer after a while.CONS:- Transfers once after drying.

I bought two different colours. They are very pretty. One pink, the other plum. They are very creamy and have a slightly metallic, sparkly finish. It is quite a heavy textured lipstick. The lip feel, is slightly sticky. These are not, negative observations. Just a description, of the texture and feel. I think that they are ideal, for the evening. If you like your lips to sparkle. Then, also great, for the daytime. The cup test was good. Hardly any transfer, of visible colour. No apparent, lip bleed either. It has, good staying power. Not the largest quantity, but for the price and staying power. It is value for money.I am very pleased. Delivery was quite prompt.

Great colour (red with gold shimmer) and staying power; bought this as equivalent colour to much more expensive Guerlain lipstick. Other colours in this range (e.g. coral) don't give such good coverage, however; go for a darker/bolder one.Only quibble is design of the tube and the chiselled end - when you swivel it up and down, the casing shaves off the wax as the chiselled end brushes against it, leaving a mess on the sides of the tube and the lid and wasting a lot of lipstick.

I just love this product. I don't need to keep applying Lipsticks after meals. It wear well and look great. Would definitely recommend this product.

This is the best stay on lipstick without dryness. Such a shame that they seem to have stopped selling this in lots of places now. Thank goodness Amazon still have some supplies !

I love the colour of this lipstick but it just doesn't last very long and it's quite flaky after wearing it for a while. If they could issue this exact colour in a different texture that lasted then I'd be very happy!

I've been using this product for about three years and stayed with the same shade 'socialite' - a pretty pink which suits my blonde hair and fair skin tone.I've even applied in the morning and after food and drink it has stayed in place until I remove my make up at bedtime!!

I went to high street to obtain this lipstick, but was told unavailable. Searched Amazon & found correct colour & brand. Happy all round. Have worn for years.
