FAULT AFTER LESS THAN A YEAR
What can I say? A brilliant, practical and attractive looking cooker that works like a dream. Looks great in our kitchen and so versatile. Money well-spent.UPDATED REVIEW: It's been less than a year and our lovely cooker isn't working 100% - with the warming plate being on all the time. There is no way to switch it off and it needs attention. The cooker is just within the 12 months standard warranty and yet the seller hasn't even responded to my complaint. I am entitled to a repair. This cost a lot of money and just under 12 months use is NOT good value I'm afraid. Not impressed with the lack of response from seller, so I am still waiting! I may yet have to liaise with amazon directly.UPDATE:The seller refused to communicate so unless amazon can help, I have no alternative but to refer the matter to my credit card provider for refund under the chargeback scheme. Not available under Section 75, so chargeback is the only option. I will never buy from this seller again. All I wanted was a repair and they do nothing!UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IDEAL KIT HAS NOW GONE INTO LIQUIDATION. HARDLY SURPRISING THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME! WHY DID AMAZON NOT TELL ME THIS?
