Can I use this for baking a cake?

Mango Power is used in milkshakes and smoothies so there's no reason why it cant be used as a flavouring in baking. I would suggest looking for recipes that uses Mango Powder (maybe mango cakes/muffins etc) or if you are in experimental mood, then just go for it !

Great powder but not strong taste

Can’t really tell if added to a dish but that’s not the seller’s fault. I enjoy strong dishes so you wouldn’t be able to tell if this was added / made a difference to the taste
