PlumKids Magnitude Trampoline and 3G Enclosure

Had this for a few months now. Managed to put most of it together myself with only a little help here and there. I experienced none of the issues with the netting being too tight. You are supposed to put it together a little "loose" and then tighten up all the bolts as a final step (not made completely obvious in the instructions) which made me wonder if those that struggled had tightend everything up as they went along? Anyway, the kids love playing on it. As do the parents. Looks bigger than it's 8' size would suggest so might not suit a small garden. A bit more expensive than cheaper trampolines but then it feels good quality so I think it's worth it.

Great trampoline but the netting is very tight, and as other reviews have stated I know the zip is going to give way, especially with the kids using it. I've loosened the harnesses around the trampoline but you never get enough slack in order to just use the zip normally, you always need to pull the netting together and the pull the zip down, something the kids never do, which is going to result in a broken zip at some point. Also there is no ladder with this set, so you need to purchase it separately. It's very good trampoline, just a shame about the netting entrance.

Love this product, this is the second plum trampoline we have had (first lasted 10 years), had a buy another as younger children needed something to burn energy on and the older kids still push their way on. Product itself is very strong, easy to assemble and I think on the whole great value... If it lasts as long as the last one 😂

Overall the trampoline is good but the zip on the net bust on the first day and one of the plastic clips on the pad snapped. I expected better quality from Plum. I am in the process of trying to sort it out with Plum direct.Putting it together was quite hard from a strength point of view but instructions were easy enough to follow.

We haven't assembled the trampoline yet because it is a Christmas present for my granddaughter and therefore cannot comment upon it yet. I gave 5 stars based on my previous experience with Plum. This is our second Plum trampoline. The earlier model was the Plum Whirlwind. We were very happy with it as it was safe and robust. The only reason we got a new trampoline was because the Whirlwind's zip has broken and we cannot get a new net as the model has been discontinued. Spares are no longer available.We decided to go with Plum again because of their great customer service. They have always responded promptly to my enquiries.

The trampoline itself is great and seems sturdy so pretty happy with the product a couple of weeks in. The truly shocking part of the service was the delivery. The first one despatched was the wrong size and missing half of it (which we didn't know at the time as we sent it straight back). The packaging on the second one disintegrated on the way here so still only half of it arrived and I don't actually know if the whole thing was dispatched in the first place. It was only on the third attempt that the complete, correct one arrived. When we put it together, the obvious design flaw were the square bolts holding the legs in place which are barely long enough to do their job. This part would have been impossible without a set of mole grips - make those a couple of inches longer and improve the delivery service and it could be a five star product.

It is big and it is fun.Had it not been for the rain in the last few days, I think our little ones would've already decamped and made their home on it. Better to attempt assembly with more than one person as especially putting the legs and barriers up can be a tad complicated on your own.

finally decided on this Trampoline after several weeks of searching. I so glad i pickd this one for my two childrn!! it arrived within 1 day of delivery so no complaints there, however it take me 3 hrs to construct it but i was alone and it does recommend two ppl to do it. Once built this is fantastic looking trampoline with a A rating build quality that makes it look really proffessional. My kids love it, and when their taking a breathe, its so big and strong, i jump on and show them some moves!! by far the best thing i have bought from Amazon!! Love it, Highly reccommend it!!
