I use this at night to help me relax before sleep. It is so easy to apply and takes very little time to rub on to pulse points.I find the item is quite expensive but do not yet know how long it will last so difficult to correctly assess the cost.Overall I am very satisfied with the product.

I use this roll on every night before I go to bed as it helps me to breathe a little easier. Only a small bottle so makes the product quite expensive

I had high hopes for this but I didn't like the smell at all! As a result it certainly didn't help my stress, probably made it worse!!I found the lavender completely overwhelmed the other smells. I love eucalyptus but couldn't smell it all.Surprised it has such good reviews when it really isn't cheap either!

I had hoped that this would smell like the ‘stress check’ hand sanitiser gel. Unfortunately it’s a completely different blend, that smells strongly of lavender. Still, not bad as a backup when nothing better to hand.

This is amazing, I have really high anxiety and usually nothing can calm it and this helps me so much, I’m sleeping so much better than usual and I’m much calmer during the day, I highly recommend it

Have used before, so I know it works. A bit pricey though
