How do you put the picture in

Take the red plastic cover off the back, cut photo to size (you can use the back cover as a template), put the photo in and click the cover back on.

Can i too this up with water? the gap at the top is quite big and doesn’t look right. so hoped i could top it up if it just contains water?

I have had these 2 years now and the water seems to be slowly evaporating. I have a larger gap at the top now than when I first purchased them. Not sure if you can too them up.
