Retrospec Train Resistance Bands Set (5pc) Workout Bands w/Handles, Door Anchor, Carry Bag for Women & Men

I got these for my mom to use at home to work out. I actually want a set for myself. You can do many workouts with these things, The quality is great, versatility is awesome, the ability to stack to get a higher weight is awesome. The colors of course are a plus. She uses them outside and they have held up well, no signs of cracking or fading.

Hello! I purchased these bands last year and love them. Unfortunately, my 10 lb band broke-the rubber just split and separated. I would like to get another 10 lb band but have not had any response yet. Summer of 2024 Update-My 50 lb band broke. I contacted the company and luckily when I asked if they stand by their product they answered me. My set was replaced and I am so glad as I really like using these bands and I like their colors. Thank you Retrospec!

These resistant bands are GREAT! the different attachments make it easy to use these for many different work outs. I would 100% recommend and buy again!

I always keep a set of resistance bands around the house for days when I can’t make it to the gym. I’ve had a number of different sets over the years and this is one of the best. If you are like me and you are hesitant to pay an extra $5 for a set of bands that looks essentially like the rest (except for the better colors) you might be tempted to skip on this. Don’t. One thing that is worth the extra $5 is neoprene padding on the leg straps. Other brands in the same price range don’t provide this and it makes a big difference in comfort. Also, some have noted that the Smoothie set has an odd colored band. Mine came with the pinkish band so I’m assuming the mis-matched band is not a standard feature (see pics).

This has been a great addition to my home gym. I was looking for a some resistance bands that were both durable but also affordable. They are great and allow me to personalize my workouts!

I had been working out at the gym regularly when my vacation time arrived. I bought these and took them with me to Mexico City, then Universal Studios in Orlando,Florida. Easy to throw in the suitacase. Great results!! So many tips on YouTube about how to stay in shape with resistance bands. I love them! I think I need to purchase an extra pair of handles though. It is so easy to add/take away/change weights with these but it would be faster with 2 sets of handles. Love these!

Really loved the understated colour of these; they didn't look so garish in my home as other brightly coloured bands on the market. Unfortunately the rubber snapped in two places on my most used band after around 6 months of weekly use so will be replacing these with another brand. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a product that will get you many years of use.
