This primer works well. I agree with other reviewers in that a little goes a long way, please use sparingly. I have very oily skin and this helps the makeup stay in place for the whole day and negates the need for blotting papers. Excellent price point as well for such an effective product.

This primer has a similar feel to another primer in my collection. It is most peculiar as it is black, however applies onto the face and turns transparent. It instantly mattifies the skin and has a slight bluring effect. My face appears less shiny throughout the day, but my natural oils do show through by the afternoon

I have tried lots of primer but this is by far the best. Makes skin soft and less shiny. Makes putting make up on so much easier.

When this arrived, I was shocked as to how small this is. Okay, my bad for not checking the description properly before buying, but for the price being asked I just assumed this would be a 'normal' size. But it's a measly 20ml. I needed something for my shaved head, so my immediate thought was "This isn't going to last very long". HOWEVER, size and cost aside, does this work? NO, it doesn't! I actually first tried using it on just one side of my head, to do a comparison - but there was no difference. I also tried it on my nose and forehead, and again nothing, zilch, nada! It's advertised as a 'makeup shine killer' - so I don't know if that means it'll ONLY work as a foundation - but perhaps not, as it clearly states you can use it on bare skin. Mind you, it also states that it's a cream and it is a clear gel. So, that's £11 down the drain! For now, I'll stick with Bulldog Oil Control Moisturiser - around £4 for 100ml on Amazon - which isn't perfect (for mattifying), but is a much better option.

I didn't like this. Didn't feel like it stopped shine and actually felt this made my skin more shiny and greasy. Can't say I'd recommend

I discovered this product through a blog by a woman who has an immune condition that causes her to get hot flushes, leading to lots of shine on her face. She listed it as one of her handbag essentials so I thought I'd give it a little try. I have to say, I am impressed. A little of this product goes a long way. I only need a tiny pea sized drop for my whole face. It's very versatile - I've worn it over make up, under make up and on my bare skin and the result never changes. It removes shine without drying out my skin and making it look flakey. It lasts quite a long time, although sometimes I do require a little touch up later in the day. I will def rebuy this when I run out - It is a life saver.

I have tried so many expensive products as a primer. Most of them fail, allowing makeup to highlight pores and fine wrinkles. This one does not disappoint. It goes on a startling shade of black, but after it is absorbed you cannot see it. It makes my skin feel healthy, it is not greasy or thick, it glides on, it magically blocks my pores and fine wrinkles. I ordered several of them because it seems every time I like a product it goes away, ROFL
