The best multi vitamins on the market today
Overall, one of the best multi vits available on the market. I find these match my requirements perfectly.I am an active person, training 4-5 times a week, and these help keep my immune system in gear, and fend off all of the usual colds and sniffles.One thing to note - tablets are BIG, and have a bit of an acquired taste. I normally wash these down with my Yakult or orange juice in the morning.

Recommended to me after I Lost my hair
Prompt delivery. I can't live without these vitamins. Recommended to me after ILost my hair, due to lacking in B vitamins. Been taking them for over 18 months now, and I will never stop. The best thing ever!!

Not sure- but good service
Not sure I've taken long enough to notice the difference. Taken for over 6 months. Hard to say if just having a healthy balanced diet is more than beneficial. Makes your pee yellow! :-) Not sure i felt more energy/improvement... Undecided.. Hard to rate so given a 3. Good service.

Great supplement
I have used these vitamins for a long time. They have a lot of different nutrients which have always made my hair grow quicker (but unfortunately not thicker) and makes me feel great. As a vegetarian, they are an excellent supplement. Highly recommended!
