Is there a left handed version of this, or any other razer mmo mouse for sale in uk?

yes there is the 2014 version of which i have, its identical except you don't get the removable faces. you cannot beat this mouse as its accurate and quick, totally customizable.

Is it any good for small girl hands (6.5in longest finger to wrist), or any recommendations for gaming.

I have roughly the same size hands, possibly a little smaller as my fingers are kinda stubby ^^; and I find the size very comfortable. Especially with the 12 button side , I use it for my hotbar roation in FFXIV and it works for me! :)

is this mouse silent? how loud are the clicks?

It’s not silent, but pretty quiet. I only hear the clicks if the room is completely silent.
