I put the head on the wrong way. I can't get it out. Can you help?

I have just done the same thing! Use a serving spoon handle end. And the head just pops out Hopes this helps

I have just purchased the vileda 2 in 1 mop. I am having bother connecting the mop to the pole can anyone advise, I don't want to force it, thank you

I had to push it quite hard to get into place too - it's quite resilient, but once in it will remain very snug which is what you want. It's a great mop for laminate!

How does it cope with ceramic tile floors with fairly raised surface? thanks PW

If this is any help, it works a dream. I've used it on both. Era mic tiles (raised), vinel floor & wood. It works on them all & it's SO easy to use. I'm in a wheelchair so it has to work for me or things get binned! You really can't go wrong but make sure u buy a spare head as well. Use one & throw other in wash! Magic 

why does my mop not work it will not spray. Do i need to remove something to start it?

We had the same issue. Initially we only part filled the neck and it wouldn’t spray at all. We found that if you fill it all the way to the very top (up to the fill lines in the handle) and leave it a minute or two, water then works it’s way through and the spray should work.
