Kelty Carport ESB Canopy - Grey

The poor quality poles broke when erecting it for the first time. I lost confidence in it and have returned it.

This is the second Kelty Carport I've purchased. I bought the early rendition just over two years ago. I have used it frequently and one of the top corner connection points ripped out. I've tried repairing it several times but there is a lot of pressure/stress at the connection point and the repairs have fail. Although disappointed, this shelter is the cats meow for van camping! I have decided that I cannot do without one. During inclement weather you can store lots of gear, including my bike as well as cook.Thus, the second purchase. Although not inexpensive, re-purchasing is much less expensive than buying or maintaining an RV. My four star rating is based on design and functionality. NOT durability!

The size is nice. The directions are not very clear. It arrived and we packed it the van for our road trip. The first KOA we set up in we saw little pin holes so it will no be weather proof. Very frustrating receiving damaged goods.

Kind of a pain to set up, but once its up it works good. Unfortunately the entrances are only on the sides.
