Helios Homoeopathy Aesculus, Hamamelis & Paeonia Cream 30g

My Grandma used to say " don't sit on cold Seats you'll get piles" Well I didn't but I got them anyway! I tried the germoleine? ( sorry I can't spell it)Lotion in a tube with a rectal insert that the pharmacist recommended but all it did was sting like h***! Put simply me & my butt gives Helios Homeopathy Aesculus ? A Thumb's up!... it does what it claims on the box and doesn't make you smell offensive like some other makes do, doesnt sting and it hasn't been tested on Animals either

I have tried many different medicated creams but this is far better - gentle, soothing and all natural. I was a bit surprised at the amount of packaging used to send it out (a box and lots of packing). I actually had to go to the post office to get it because I was out when it was delivered. It would have been fine in a jiffy bag! However the product itself is great.
