Yes, this knife will fit your size 12 attachment that fits your 60 quart Hobart (Classic or Legacy) mixer. Only a few very old Hobart 80 and 140 quart mixers use the rare size 22 attachment. I'm in the business for 45 years and have never seen a size 32 attachment that would fit any brand of mixer. Of course there are size 32 stand alone meat grinders.

The diagonal length is 61.91mm. The pictured “knife“ is used with #10/#12 size grinder plates: 2 and 3/4 inch diameter with a 3/8 inch center hole (69.85 mm dia. with a 9.52 mm center hole).
