Great price....Nice array of colors
I bought a bunch of these....I have thin skin around my eyes so I wanted a CREAMY shadow that will not turn my eye lids cakey and dry (thus showing up my lines)....So I got these, and they are nice because they go on easily and do NOT look dry and cakey. They come w/ a brush on the ends, so after you apply the cream shadow, you can use the brush , to smooth out the eyeshadow----OR....you do not have to use the brush, and so then just let the shadow "set".Once the shadow has set, then in my case , they do stay on all day...Of course they are made of cream so you do not want to be smudging your eyelids all day long...Just leave your eyes alone once the shadow is on and the shadow will stay on for hours. Also, it comes off easily at night....w/ gentle eye make-up remover.Oh---and the price is fabulous...which is why I went and ordered so many different colors!

Doesn't blend as expected, however....
Blending just smears it from black to grey, like it almost takes it all off *unless you are generally careful and precise with makeup*. The first time I used it I was very disappointed when I attempted to blend it and it seemed like the brush took 75% of it off and the rest was just smeared into a lighter shade. However, I LOVE how the grey makes my brown eyes look, so I just blend, blend, blend, almost all of it to grey now! It's subtle, easy to apply, and creamy. Never thought I'd be happy with grey over black but here I am.I'd only skip this product if you're looking for a very bold black for everyday wear. I just imagine it wouldn't have the staying and would be a pain, but you never know!

Colors lighter than pictured
I really like this product. My eyelids are a little wrinkled but the stick goes on smooth, stays put all day, and kind of hides the wrinkles. Actually looks smoother than some powders I normally wear. No negative reactions like watery eyes, etc. I would suggest buying the 6 piece kit instead of individually. A huge savings by doing so and gives you lots of choices. I bought the neutral/brown which works well with my green eyes. I plan to buy another set that includes something in grey tones. Be aware colors are lighter than pictured, at least in the ones I chose.

Too little product
I really like this eye shadow. It is easy to apply, but make sure you blend it quickly. The color is just as I expected. I like that they included a brush. The only problem is that there is so little product. I haven't used it very much at all, but it is almost gone.

Does not budge and highly pigmented!
I love eye crayons because it makes things so quick and easy when you're already struggling to get to work at 7am and you wake up at 5:30am.I've tried multiple other eye crayons but they're super greasy and slide off my eyes in a few hours, and they cause eye boogers, because Louisiana weather and heat is no joke. This, however, doesn't slide in heat and humidity at all. Period. It is smudgeable and lasts all day. The brush at the end took a bit to figure out, but if you use it to smoke out under your eye, it's good. It can lighten up the color if you smudge more than once, to a still very pretty gray. The brush works better for the under eye than the lid, for sure. The photos were taken at 7:30pm, over 12 hours since I applied it, and I have not touched it. It was high 70s today with probably 45% humidity. The only thing I used is concealer and then powder on my under eye and lid, so I suggest at least the same, prior to using, to help it "stick".I will definitely buy this again since this is easier than eyeshadow or eye pencil, and I don't get shadow in my eyeballs. Also, you don't need to roll up the crayon a lot, as this may cause it to break and this product lasts for a very long time unless you're using it to write letters.

It IS the purplish color it advertised after all!
I left a review that this was not the smoky plum color that appeared on the Amazon listing. At first, it did go on as a coppery dark brown and I wasn't happy, as I already had a similar color and I really wanted that deep plum color. However, upon using a few more times, it did turn out to be the color it showed. I don't know if it had a coating on it to protect from melting or whatever, but once I got through that layer, it's a very pretty smoky light plum color.I purchased several other shadow sticks at the same time, but from different manufacturers. (I was trying to duplicate the color Luna from Thrive...a company I dearly love but couldn't afford that much for one shadow stick....I pay the almost $40 for the mascara and it's completely worth it, but it just isn't in my budget to go any further than that!) The colors were fine from other companies, but the staying power was under 20 minutes before it MAJORLY creased, even with a good quality eyelid primer! I think that might be more common with cream shadows like these, but still unacceptable if you're putting on your makeup for work and it's creased BADLY before you even leave the house. This purplish shade from this company (and the only color I ordered from this company) seemed to resist that a little better, and had slightly less glitter in it. I like both of those differences. I'm over 40 and glitter just doesn't suit me anymore. I ordered the cream shadow sticks from a total of three different companies in the one order, all very very close in price point, and this is the only brand I would buy again.
