BraZen Shadow Professional Racing PC Gaming Chair-Black/White

Chair came dissassembled which is fine, however there were no instructions and the screws had all been used and scuffed. The back piece is used aswell, straight out of the packaging it is covered in what seems like food stains with some leather wear type look to the black part, not happy about that and to top it off I'm missing the covers to the lift handle. Unsure how repackaging a half returned half used chair and selling it again is acceptable, I need these missing pieces!

Chair itself is perfect, apart from the tilt function did not work, I had to force it too work, by un-jamming the tilt function, a lot of work for something that should work straight away!I emailed them about this, customer service was rubbish, basically put me down, and told me it was my fault when it clearly wasn't.However the chair is great.

Sorry, but this chair was not comfortable.I bought it, not for gaming but as an office chair, because I have a back &neck problem and the high back I thought would help. Sadly, NO.

Using this as an office chair It's strong & sturdy - very comfortable!
