National Geographic: The Photographs

Great book showing rare photos which make for an interesting read. Book arrived quickly. Great seller, will use again. Thanks.

This is a nice collection of photographs to various topics and areas. It mainly covers nature photography, animals, wildlife and nature. Some other motives about people or villages are also included but not the main theme. The small booklet (check the size before you buy it!) contains a large collection of (nature) images with little text. The images are good in motive and printed in high quality. Be aware, they are small.

A fantastic book at a great price

Fabulous little coffee table book (actually just a bit bigger than a "standard" Penguin paperback). Some photos will be very familiar, others less so, but no less iconic.

Book arrived 4days earlier than the window I was told. Great book, excellent condition considering it is ‘used’

I am not really into photography however found the text and description for each picture interesting to read. Also the pictures are interesting indicating the photographer is highly talented. It was certainly educational to read the text and see the pictures. I enjoyed the experience but I am not sure the book would appeal to ordinary people just like me!

Amazing pictures... such a cool book! (Even if it was smaller than I expected) will make a nice addition to my coffee table!

Book is a out photos and all the photos were printed across the central binding line such a way that you cannot enjoy the photo with a clear view

友人へのプレゼントとして買いました サイズはペイパーバックの長辺を正方形にした程度の小型のものですが、中身は非常に濃い。NGの有名な写真を一覧することができるものなのですが、それだけではなくて、写真というものが伝えうる事実や感情といったものを凝縮した一冊になっていて、不覚にも友人に渡す前だというのに感動のあまり涙が出ました NG創設以来の人類の歴史、様々な生命をたたえた地球の営み、世界中のごく普通の人々の暮らしが、それぞれの小さなページからひしひしと伝わってきます。決して美しい景色だけが被写体ではありません。NGの報道に対する強烈な使命感というものが、そこにはあるように見えます

A este precio y si eres amante de la fotografía, es de compra obligatoria, tanto para inspirarse, cómo meramente deleitarse con estas fantásticas imágenes.

Livro é pequeno, lindo.

Such an amazing book to have for an amateur photographer like me. The size of the book is on the smaller side (very compact), which is a good thing if you are traveling with this book.
