Liking this tire so far.
I bought the Tusk Dsport Adventure tire because it was CHEAP!! Unfortunately the TKC80 has more then doubled in price since the last time I purchased. I have about 300 miles on the Tusk thus far. Mostly desert, sand, and rock. It's a great tire I have to say. I haven't had any issues with traction. It does well on the street on the way out to the desert too. Now the bad part. This tire is HARD! It reminds me of the Dunlop D606. Mounting is a major PITA! You better have lots of levers, lube, oh and time. I've already had to do a trailside with this damn thing and it took 4 of us about 20 minutes to wrestle one side off the rim to get the tube out. Good thing is though I was able to ride fairly hard for about 5 miles with zero air in it to get to a good spot to work on it. Yes I have a rim lock. I would definitely buy this again at the price I got it. It's a good tire so far. I can't wait to see how many miles I get out of it. Would I recommend it? Yeah, especially if you have a 250 like me. I have a feeling most small bikes are going to do well with this tire. Thank you for reading my review.

Great for DOT offroad
Solid tire. Not quite as good at the dunlop d605 on the road but for such an aggressive tread it's still decent on road and does really well aired down in new england terrain. Not super soft gummy compound but aggressive enough to be effective. Seems like it'll last awhile.
