the best bath toy
I bought these along with a lot of other bath toys in desperation to try to stop my 1 year old crying all the way through bath. The other toys have had a bit of use but these are a massive hit. We have a completely tiled bathroom so can draw all over it, lots of fun drawing round feet and hands, and even whole toddlers if they lie still long enough. Also great on the shower screen, and actually in the bath too, ours is always decorated with assorted animals. Unlike another reviewer I've had no problems washing them off after leaving the drawings for a few days, just use a slightly rough sponge. They're better than the crayola ones that disintegrate very quickly. We're on our second set having accidently left the first lot behind on holiday, but they've not come close to running out despite lots of use. We did have two fall out of their holders but just shoved them back in again and they seem to be staying put. I can see these being a bathtime standard for years to come.Edited April 2013I ordered another 2 packs of these crayons as mine were running out. The crayons I was sent were not Tobar but another make called First Steps. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and not return them straight away. When my original crayons finally expired I opened a new pack only to find that the First Steps crayons do not write on the bath at all. It also turns out that because I waited to try them my window of opportunity to return them has expired so there's nothing I can do. Having looked at all the negative reviews for this product I strongly suspect they are reviews for First Steps crayons not the Tobar ones as advertized. The Tobar ones are definitely 5 stars, the First Steps ones are 1 star (only because 0 stars isn't an option).Another edit, finally found a way of contacting Amazon customer service (it came up when I tried to leave negative supplier feedback) and they're letting me return them, including the opened pack, for a full refund.

Awful Product - avoid like the plague!
I bought these for my children after they had great fun with a different named bath crayons. These had half decent reveiws so I went for them but what a mistake that was. They do not write on wet or dry surfaces and when you do manage to leane hard enough on them, the marks do not come off the bath or tiles. Most of the crayons were broken and the description stating that they can be withdrawn back into the tube of the crayon is incorrect and very misleading as the crayons do not go back into the tube. My children were bitterly disappointed and when I checked the crayons that I received against the photo on Amazon, they didn't match - even the manufacturer is different. I am so angry and disppointed with these and they will be getting sent right back. I would avoid this product and seller.

Get creative at bathtime
Kids of all ages (and their adults!) will love getting artistic at bath time with these crayons. My son and I have used them to learn letters and numbers in the bath as well as draw silly pictures. They wash off the bath, tiles and skin pretty easily but take care not to let them leave the bathroom as they don't wash off wallpaper so easily!

All soap crayons should be designed like this!
These were the second set of bath crayons I purchased for my child and i would certainly say these are the better of the two. The plastic casing around the soap crayon stops then getting slippery and jumping out your littles ones soggy hands. They also have a push up function on the side allowing you to expose more soap crayon when needed. They washed off my bath easily without leaving any stains although i must admit i didnt want to take the risk of leaving them and added wiping them off with a flannel part of the bath time fun!

Drawing in the Bath
My son loved playing with these in the bath, & they came off the bathroom tiles and the bath really easily. However he decided to draw in the grout, which was a lot more difficult to remove and I had to run bleach over the tiles twice, but it did eventually come off.

Great product
We have had these before and they are great fun during bath time. Our bathroom has large white tiles so now my little one can practice writing and drawing all over the walls without damage. He loves creating pictures and words with these fab crayons. I store them in an upright position in a tub on the side of the bath when not in use. When they are all used up will probably invest in more. The marks are all easily cleaned off with a good bathroom cleaner , a cloth and some elbow grease, watch out for the grouting, you might have to bleach out the colour after bath time fun is over.
