Wall Doctor Wide Beadboard Wallpaper

Impressed with this product. Did not have any issues with tearing or easy damage while applying as some reviewers have mentioned. There is a bit of a knack required to apply, I found it best to apply paste to both paper and wall, lightly smooth down with a brush to removed air bubbles then leave well alone until it dried. If you over smooth it there is a danger of flattening the design out. Looks good painted.

I liked the way it looks like wood panelling, but is flat on the wall so it sits on the top of the skirting boards and doesn't project too far. Also a very easy product to paste and apply and trimming it is very easy as it doesn't tear when wet.I really like this product and have encouraged other people into looking into using it in period homes. It is particularly suitable for use as a dado. The narrow beadboard available here is just not in keeping with the majority of period decorating schemes.

looks great, but to maintain the illusion of real tongue and groove ensure that the walls are prepared and smooth.it is only paper and imperfections can show through. photos shown are yet to be painted.

I used this to create a beadboard effect in my sons bedroom, I think it worked very well. I did paint it with Matt paint afterward to hide a few imperfections in my old walls. It does mark if your bash the wall but no more than any other paper like this. It really does look nice, adds a bit of warmth to the wall and is very effective. I’m considering using it in other parts of the house now

This looks very good but it is very easy to disturb the surface of the paper with your nails or even as I did rubbing over with a damp rag to try to remove a dirty mark - I rubbed through the surface!Another reviewer describes it as 'heavyweight paper', I wouldn't call it that.Not good with children or dogs around. Perhaps painting would help.

Brought this to paper my kitchen cupboards and draws, went on brilliantly, left it to dry then painted them .Very pleased with the result .The delivery date was spot on .If your thinking about upgrading your kitchen cupboards or walls try this paper first , you won't be disappointed.

Wallpapered above gunwhales on my narrow boat: stripes horizontal.Looks just like tongue and groove board. Marks easily if not careful but looks great so far.

Arrived promptly. My complaint is the the paper is still too thin and therefore does not cover up wall imperfections or even really look like wood.
