Seems good value for money
Unboxing the winch was straightforward and it was well packed in polystyrene. It is supplied with an instruction leaflet, a manual control, two remote controls and bolts to attach it to your mount. I didn’t find the instruction leaflet very well written, but most of the operations are intuitive. It did explain why I was having trouble with the remote controls: you need to hold down the on off button for a few seconds before anything happens. There is a warning about the remotes that says they are for residential and not professional use and that using the remotes for professional use will void the warranty. I take that as a message that it is better and safer just to use the manual control, which works perfectly. The version I had is the 12v version with a synthetic rope. There are also 12v and 24v versions with a steel rope. I can’t yet vouch for the strength or durability of the rope as it is new and I haven’t yet tested it at full capacity. No difficulty fitting it to a mounting plate with the bolts provided and no problem winching a 2 tonne electric car onto a flatbed. The battery terminal connectors are robust, but there aren’t any rubber sleeves for some reason. My initial impression from only for one day, is that the winch is well designed and built and good value for money. It is noisier than I expected, but then again, it is much cheaper than the winches I am comparing it to. Obviously I can’t comment on durability or warranty support.

Stealth winch
Awful to be honest wouldn't buy from this seller again the wireless controllers don't even work!!! And the wired controller is playing up with in 2 hours of using the winch. If it thinking about getting a stealth winch I wouldn't recommend
