Perfect for bullet journaling
This is the first journal I have ever bought for my bullet journaling and I would never choose a different brand again! The dots are fine so can be hard to see but this is how I like it! Perfect size too!

Not impressed. Super thin paper tinted yellow
Personally I felt this journal is poor quality paper for the money the pages are tissue thin I can even see light pencil lines through the back and all my pens bleed through. also pages are yellow to tinted i was expecting white..and some pages the dots dont line up.if id seen this in the shop I wouldn't have bought it. Moleskin has a reputation for being among the best but im dissapointed and ordered a different brand journal instead for my project. This will make a decent notebook if nothing else.

A Must Have To All Hand Letterers!
Love the Moleskine lineup. The hardback dotted notebook is what I've been waiting for. The only downside is the paper - I personally would like it in a higher GSM. It seems to flimsy. All in all, very good for logo design concepts and hand lettering!

Item sent was not new
Item received was already used and had a damaged spine where the previous owner had removed pages. Remaining pages had also been annotated with page numbers. Returned.

The subtle dots are just dark enough to aid in freehand script alignment and don't discriminate between portrait and landscape. The paper gets on well with my fountain pens. The other great thing about bound Moleskin products is that the pages lie flat no matter where they are opened. A real scribbler's piece of kit. Recommend highly.
