I don’t know if anyone having this issue but I bought my camera almost 3 months ago and ever since it’s been good it alerts me when someone in the yard but as of 2 days ago 1 of the camera just died it didn’t say it was low battery sun hits fine on solar so I unhooked it and brought it inside to charge it turn on and kept hearing scratchy noises and then I got to see it on again then It showed it was full charge and I unplug it and it died so I left it plug in for a whole day since I went to bed last night and since I got home now so a good 24 hr and it won’t start with out being plug in we did have a very bad dust storm 2 weeks ago but if it weather proof and made for outdoor I don’t see why it would not work so at this point I don’t know what to do if it’s going to do that to the rest anytime soon I think I’ll have to find other security cameras that are wired instead of solar just suck I spend so much for it not to even last maybe someone will get better luck

The cameras have outstanding video clarity and the microphone is so good that from the backyard where it's placed, I can hear the vehicles and people talking at the front of the house... Wow! The range of the base station to where I placed the cameras outside is about 75 feet and I still receive a great feed from the cameras.

The cameras were easy to mount on my garage and house. They powered up quickly and paired with the base automatically. I felt safer immediately after setting them up.

The cameras work great Still waiting on the 2 year protection plan.

Have $400 worth of junk, been trying to get system set up and to function properly past the 30 day return window now and it still doesn't. User manual could have been written better by one of my wife's 7th grade students, extremely bad. System is not recognizing the micro SD card inserted in the base unit. Customer Service is by EMAIL only, no telephone option (send an email today and you get an answer tomorrow). Set up a "Group" and when opening up the group window, at times two of the cameras do not show image in the window and at times they give error message that "incorrect password" and no password was set except for the system admin and when that password is input you still receive that message (there is no such problem when looking at each camera individually). There is not a capability to pivot the camera to the left or right, only up or down. The antenna is located too close to the camera's arm for vertical adjustment and causes clearance problems. System can only be used with cell phones or Apple iPad, cannot be used on a Windows OS computer for the monitoring base (and a greater memory capability). Nothing in the Amazon description about the operating system requirements, just it can be used with Siri and Alexis (no info from manufacturer to Amazon, not in User Manual?).
