2 Pin Quick Disconnect Wire Harness SAE Connector Bullet Lead Cable - (10 Gauge / 48")
R**.
Not 10 gauge.
A fairly decent 12" SAE Quick Disconnect cable with solid copper stranded conductor and strong connectors, but like every other similar product sold on Amazon advertised as 10 gauge no matter the brand, the twisted conductor diameter on this one is only 2.74mm making it 12 gauge per the "Solid and Stranded Conductor AWG Chart" on www.Calmont.com, thus the 2 star rating for deceptive advertising. But this "10 gauge" Pro Trucker brand is closer to 10 gauge than the dozen other 12 inch "10 gauge" SAE Quick Disconnect cables I've purchased (and returned) on Amazon, none were larger than 12 gauge and a couple advertised as 10 gauge were actually between 14 and 16 gauge, a major fire hazard if you were expecting and needed 10 gauge! If you want a 12 inch cable like this in 10 gauge, buy one that's advertised as 8 gauge as it will actually be 10 or 11 gauge if you're lucky. American AWG and Chinese AWG apparently are not the same.

Solid performers...reordering for my solar generator project
Really like these and have used them for years. Solid performance if you need higher amps.UPDATE (April 20, 2018): Reordering 8 Gauge 24" cable for my dual battery solar generator. These will be used to "jumper" between two U1 size batteries (small, 35 aH garden tractor size). Anyway, attempted to use those overpriced Anderson Powerpole connectors...what a PITA. I find these Pro Trucker old-school heavy duty SAE cables much easier to deal with. And, with some SAE sockets...can still use my Battery Tender Jr to charge the battery if needed. Not needing more than 30-amps of service. So, 12v x 30 amps = 360 watts. Cool! Prob will only need 1/2 that amount of power...but, still want the 8 gauge cable.

24" length was a perfect fit!
Pro Trucker 2 Pin Quick Disconnect Wire Harness SAE Connector Bullet Lead Cable - (10 Gauge / 24") I bought this quick disconnect harness to simplify the hooking up of my battery maintainer to my car battery. The 24" length was a perfect fit and choice to attach to the ring connectors harness on car battery and then to main harness to maintainer. I use to open hood of car to disconnect harness and now I can simply disconnect by lower windshield and push the connector out of sight. I did cut off the protective cap of the one harness to use to cover this harnesses connection terminals.

Great Quality SAE Polarized Cables
Red and black wires are not glued together. That's why I am not giving a 5 star. If that's not an issue to you, then this would be a must have cable. You have to zip tie or shrink wrap them together to avoid entangling. Otherwise it is a great product and wires appear to be of a great quality. Looking forward to install and verify its performance.

Try with Battery Tender, I can do full jumps!
Thick enough to allow fairly high current. Now I can jump start thru a quick connect.Warning: make sure you know what you’re doing to prevent accidents, fires or explosions. I wouldn’t trickle charge and otherwise leave a system unattended. There is a good reason the battery tender quick connects are fused.5 stars!

Better than expected
I needed to replace a connector on a maintenance battery charger, so just needed one on the ends. These are heavy gauge wire. Much heavier that the wires that are on the charger. This will provide me with higher strength at the terminal, which is where the OEM separated. Very happy with this purchase.

Didn’t last long
I purchased the 10 AWG cable for a solar suitcase connector. It worked well for a few uses until the positive cable became disconnected from the fuse holder. Now the cable is useless. There was no stress applied to the connection with the fuse holder, it simply fell out. Very disappointing.

Very heavy duty quick disconnect for all applications
This is a very high quality, well-built, heavy duty quick disconnect, that will provide years of service. I use my quick disconnect for an Alinco 12-volt, 30-amp, switching power supply DM-330MVT, which is connected to my car's amateur radio equipment, as an external power supply when my car is off and parked at home or other places for an extended period of time.
