Love this hose holder. It makes my life in our yard so much easier. Works perfectly and easy to install.

I LOVE this retractable hose! We used it all summer with no issues. No more twisted, kinked hoses that you have to fight just to wind back up. It’s so easy to pull and water our plants. It swivels nicely as well. Retracting is swift so don’t let go.We live in a manufactured home. When my husband tried to attach it to the bottom corner of the house he found the frame to be metal so instead mounted it on the side of our attached mudroom. Which worked out better I think as you don’t really notice it.The water pressure isn’t as strong as a regular hose which may matter when washing your car or driveway.If the design changes to accommodate a regular sized hose, will be purchasing another for the front yard.

Best hose I ever purchased. My garden is far away as I dislike rolling up the hose so I purchased this hose. Works perfectly, make sure to follow directions for use. Will need someone handy to install hose properly. Never complain about watering the garden anymore.

I bought this in April 2023 and ran it for almost a whole year until I took it down yesterday, Feb 19 2024.The hose and retracting feature work well and the hose the sturdy, but it seeps chemicals into water constantly.I’ve read up on hoses seeping chemicals into the water and to run the hose for 5 minutes to clear it out, that they could cause the water to be foamy or opaque and this is exactly what that hose did for the entire time I had it.I ran this hose for plenty of time while using it, even with a sprinkler for an hour and the water was still off.This hose was in direct sunlight for half the day and in shade for half the day, and no matter what it would always seep chemicals and produce foamy opaque water.I gave plenty of time to work itself out, but ultimately decided to go with another brand. I hooked up Vevor retractable hose and on day one there is no foaming and the water is clear so it is clearly just a bad hose or bad plastic.I used the attachments that came with this hose elsewhere and they produced similar results with the water. I even swapped hose attachments and still got the foamy water.I do not recommend this hose at allUpdate Feb. 22nd 2024Company reached out immediately after my review and was very apologetic and issued a refund for my order despite it being almost a year since ordering.Excellent and extremely responsive customer service on their part. They are sending me a new model that should help rectify the issue I was having.

Product is great as is however I wasn’t thrilled when installing the plastic anchors. Had to re-drill the holes I made and make them bigger to properly secure the plastic anchors. All but one gave me an issue and was destroyed while hammering it into the wall. Had to go to a hardware store to get a metal anchor which was totally easier. Thinking about getting a second one for the other side of my house, and I make sure to switched out the plastic anchors for the metal ones.

I've wanted this for a while. It is so much better than any hose reel that leaves your hose exposed to the weather. This is very durable and I bought it for that reason. The retractable mechanism works 100% as expected, with no issues. The side to side movement is great.The way it is mounted will take some effort, muscle, and know how. Mine is mounted to the cinder block exterior of our house. I used the lag bolts that came with it. Again it took a strong drill and persistence but I love the end result. I may be buying a 2nd one for the front yard.The only improvement they could make, I a shelf to organize or store hose attachments.Great product. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

First one I got in was damaged so I sent it back. Second one I got in package was damaged but nothing was broke on the inside just some scratches on the reel. Installed it and it worked just fine but on the second day the nozzle broke. Not worth the touble to send it back for a second time. Gave it 5 stars cause the company got back with me and made everything right. Great unit and makes my life so much easier.

Best thing ever!Was so sick of manually dealing with that old hose, this was a no brainer. I dont abuse it, always release the pressure when finished using. Awesome so far, had it for months so far. Locks anywhere i want it to.
