Covers up the cardboard box.
Covers up the cardboard box. it’s nothing special, plastic rather than metal which was a little disappointing but it does the job. Has both sticky pads and the ability to screw down the base and replacing the hygiene bags is easy

Do not stick
If a manufacturer is going to add sticky pads to these things I should make sure the sticky pads last more than a week. I bought five of these as I run a small B&B and every single one fell off absolute crap.
