Best on the market right now
This is a good brush. It deserves 4 and a half stars really. But it has a couple of drawbacks.I buy these brushes regularly and use them every day. None of them last more than 18 months or so, so I have owned quite a few and know what I am looking for. A good one is not easy to find. I have shoulder-length permed hair that is fairly thick and very fine. I am looking for a bouncy blow-dried finish, which this brush delivers very well.Importantly, this is a relatively low power dryer; it is used for finishing a style, not for drying the hair. You need to have your hair 85-90% dry before you start. I hate the high power ones; they blow your hair all over the place and scorch it.It seems unnecessarily large, but is very lightweight and I find it comfortable to use. The power cord is longer than any I have previously owned, which is great, and the cord swivel works flawlessly. No hanging loop though, which frustrates me.The brushes are very good sizes for styling longer hair into bouncy curls and, vitally, the combination of soft bristles and firmer “spikes” hold, control and smooth my hair very well. Changing the brushes is straightforward and the connection feels secure; it becomes a little looser over time and sometimes traps a strand of hair, which is unwelcome, but fairly typical. It would be better if the cool(er) tip of the brushes was a better shape for holding because sometimes it would be nice to have the extra control of using two hands. The temperature options are effective and I find I can use the highest setting comfortably for extended periods without damaging my hair.Overall, I like this brush and have bought 2 to save me packing the one I use during the week. I got mine for less than £20 each and considered that very good value.

Easy to use.
Easy to hold and is a great tool for sprucing up the tired looking hair. Great to take away on holiday.

Awful on /off switch, very hard to operate.
Love the brush but the on and off switch is so m difficult to use, no real part to push up or down.

Disappointed....it should have been tested before sold.
Had to return product as it keeps cutting out....not happy...out of pocket and still waiting for another air brush or refund.

Useful tool
Used this product through the winter to lift my hair. Gone off it through the summer as your head gets too hot

Not bad
I was trying to get a replacement for my broken Redmond multistyler, which worked very well for me and I loved it. I like the tangle-free brushes of the new appliance, but they are too soft to hold the shape. There is nothing else wrong with it, I just have to get used to it and work out my method.

Good width of brus, long cord and variable heat.
I have been looking for a new hot brush for ages. I like this one for it’s size, variable temperature and cool shot options. The only think I feel could be better is the tip of the brush isn’t easy to hold when styling as the heat from the brush it hot near your fingers. It would be better if this was pointed rather than flat.
